There was no staff. A computer screen with a person checked us in at 10pm. I could barely hear her. Room was filthy. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. But not many choices on a Saturday night during a holiday weekend. In the morning it got worse. Someone, who I assumed was cleaning staff, tried to open the door at 910 am when we were getting dressed. They just used their key to open door which included the dead bolt. So rude. Thankfully had the latch open to stop the door. Yelled we are in here. Checked out shortly there after and there was no one at desk to speak to.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Plenty of products in the lobby to grab without any hassle if you run out. A little confusing at first because there is no person at reception it is done all online. Overall very good
